The food is amazing. I love the chicken fajitas. The queso blanco is yummy. And you get amazing portions for a great price. The staff is great., always nice and helpful. The restaurant is always hoppin. It's just a great environment. If you are ever in Wellington, Ks you have to stop and get you some Fabs!!
Hands down Fabiola's is the best restaurant experience we've had in a long time. We were heading to OKC and decided to take a break for dinner AFTER we passed Wichita. Wellington seemed like a good spot and we found Fabiola's by chance. From the moment we entered, the team was friendly, attentive and took care of us. The food was fast and delicious-definitely try the street tacos! It was a wonderful, yummy meal and we were back on the road in less than an hour. We now have a new place for our trips to OKC!
This is such a find. Traveling back home and wanted a place to eat. Literally a pick on the map. I WIN! Fabulous staff, great margaritas. The food was awesome. I love this place. Snowbirds and all this is a great place.
